Welcome Home Met North
Met North is a welcoming affordable housing community located along Monterey Road in San José. Completed in 2016, the four-story community features 70 affordable apartments along with a manager’s residence, offering studio, one-, two-, and three- bedroom homes for income-eligible households.
Designed with comfort, accessibility, and sustainability in mind, Met North provides residents with a variety of spaces to gather, connect, and enjoy the outdoors. The community is designed in accordance with Green Building Guidelines and incorporates energy-efficient building technologies.

Located on Monterey Road in San José’s 95112 neighborhood, Met North offers convenient access to transportation, shopping, dining, employment, and everyday services.
